Differection of sound is a general property of sound waves as same as light waves .
Definition :- "The bending of sound waves around the sharp corners or edges of any obstacle or aperture and entering into the prohibited region is know as Differectuon of Sound"
The bending of these waves depends on the wavelength of the propagating wave . The wavelenghtbof the propagating wave is related to differection of waves such that greater is the wavelenght of the wave , greater will be its differrction . Or , we can also say that , difderection of waves is directly proportional to its wavelength .
This relation among differection of waves and its wavelength is the main reason due to which the diffraction of light waves cannot be seen easily but it can be easily recognised with sound waves .
